So I bumped him again while I was texting with you about food porn. And I was like, dude, are you good for this evening? He texted me a picture. He's still cutting a tree down. He's like, uh, I don't, I don't really want to make it. I was like, okay, no sweat. I was like, shit. Well, we probably need to record. Cause I don't have any more backlogs. We're all caught up.
And I was like, wait a minute. I'm texting Tony. Fuck it, dude. Do you want to hop on with me again?
I'm like, yeah, sure. And Hunter's faking it. He ain't got no tree to cut down. He had his colonoscopy and he fell in love with him and his doctor in Mexico.
Oh, my God. Go ahead. No, I'll say last week, Zeke was on with us. Um, and I had my colonoscopy last week as well. And Nick from, we like shooting, he's been listening to us regularly. So he texts me like, I don't know what day it was after the episode went live Monday or Tuesday. And he was like, dude, you went live after colonoscopy. Uh, yeah. What else am I supposed to do, man?

He probably was. Not because he was upset, just because the doctor told him there wasn't a relationship. That's all it was. I still traumatize Nick, man. He'll tell you about... Eating meat and chicken wings and chat show beside him. It was great.

No, I would carry like this thing that was a hell of a lot cheaper. And we started calling that, that cheaper gun, the gun you're willing to let go. So calling it like, Oh, it's your evening side piece. Like you have your EDC. It's fine. But the gun you're really going to use, it's going to let go. the eating side piece.

You should have that because you don't want that thing to go. You've heard me give Hunter that shit. Talks about carrying whatever expensive ass colt that he's got. I'm like, you're really going to fucking use that? Oh, fuck yeah, I will. I'm like, dude, no. I disagree. I just don't agree with that. I'll carry something like this thing.
I'll take my wick stick to work with me and I'll have it loaded and ready and there's my mag for it. But that's because I commute like, dude, not even 10 minutes to work. the reality is only if there's some really unsavory people at the door, am I ever grabbing a gun and having it ready really?
And truly, because I know where I'm going to and from work with no stops, you know, I can go and carry something absurd and stupid when I'm out and about. No, I actually am carrying probably my FN FNS nine that I has road rash. Cause it's gone fall off the truck. You know, it's something that's reliable. It's accurate. I'll get you in the fat tack holster.
But in the end, it's an inexpensive base stock gun that works because I know I'll let it go if something happens.
I'd hate to lose my Gen 2 Glock from 1991. You should hate to lose that. Yeah, I haven't stippled it. The only thing it has are these triclop sights because this is the shit if you have stigmatism. Check out Triclopsites out there. Pretty much I'm talking to Nick and the other two people that listen to the show. But Triclopsites frigging rock. But this is a stock lock. I'd hate to lose it.
So I got the what you call it coming. Hopefully it gets here from the Dusk X. Dusk 19X from Lone Star. Or Lone Wolf, excuse me. And that'll be my carry gun because, I mean... It's a lone wolf.
It has all the cuts, and it has rough stippling, and it has cut out for optic, and I really want to start... I want to try to use an optic, but truthfully, because of stigmatism, I'd rather just use these sights right here.
Okay, so I have the stigmatism, but I'm guessing mine is pretty fucking mild, because even using something like a... like an aim point, like rifle dot, you know, it's not a problem. I still see a dot. I get what some people talk about seeing a little more starry. Yeah, it's not perfectly round. So if I look through like an EOTech, it actually is definitely better shaped than say this thing.
But even with using like the Gideon on here, like I see a dive point, this thing I see. Yeah, I mean, like it's not a perfect dot, but it's not so bad that I could still hit 100 yards easily with this thing. I guess that depends on how bad one's astigmatism is, I guess.
