So it turns out 40% of the clients hire more than one coach because at that

And then we started adding in phone calls.
And then we started getting enough data.
And this is what really excites me is that unlike every other branch of coaching, we are sitting on all of the data about what works and what doesn't work.
In terms of actually executing.
Yeah.
The, um, you know, the whole team was really chaotic and I mostly spent time dealing with other people's problems.
And Jack was the only reliable person.
He got a couple of bonuses for being a good employee.
He's the only one that got a raise while I was there.
Interesting.
He was great.
You know, I just answered all these questions on Quora and then now I've almost completely forgotten them.
You know, the thing that I think about all the time is the hard thing about hard things, which is just like a life lesson.
You're never done.
And as soon as you solve one thing, it just exposes the next problem that you have to solve.
Yeah, I mean, I study Evan Williams really closely because he's the most like me in terms of approach.
He's very thoughtful, very calm, very kind, but also has a big vision for how he wants to see the world.
