And what would happen is they would be successful for a period of time, but then they would fall off the bandwagon for whatever reason. This is so many women coming to me being like, yeah, but I should just be grateful that I have a job at all. And I'm like, yes, and you're not being compensated fairly. So let's get you a raise.
