I wanna be careful of how I say it, can be dogmatic and is saying, this is the right way to do something.
you know, Catholic religions and Jewish having yoga for Catholicism, yoga, you know, for Judaism.
And it's just when you are able to breathe and connect to yourself, I think it opens you up to whatever your spiritual path can be.
And so it really is meant to be this inclusive practice that just helps you go, who am I?
And how do I want to connect to the bigger picture of the community I live in, whatever that is for you?
But there are, you know, different places that you might practice yoga that might bring in their own faith to it.
And so I want to make sure that, you know, when you go into a yoga practice, if you do hear that,
It might just be that one place has their own philosophy that they've put into it.
There are a lot out there and we have a lot of locations at Lifetime.
Like I said, we're almost up to 200 locations.
We are always working with our teachers to make sure they are teaching their classes in an open way that it is very inclusive to matter what your religion is.
And hopefully you walk out feeling more connected to what you wanna be connected to.
And I think it's probably important as well as just to go the language of yoga, because a lot of classes will have this weird language called Sanskrit.
And a lot of people will say, well, that comes from Hindu language.
