Because of all everything going on with my investigation that this person likely, you know, crossed over the fence onto their property.
So...
Obviously, you've got this, you've got witnesses that see this person enough to call the police and say there's a suspicious person in our neighborhood.
This person matches the clothing description, you know, white male, you know, middle-aged or, you know, younger, whatever they, whatever the caller said.
But it's clearly the person who parks the car is the same person who's walking in the
and then captured by the school surveillance footage walking along this fence line.
One call was made to a credit card company several minutes prior to Cheryl's vehicle being found in the Tavern parking lot.
Excuse me, being captured by the surveillance footage, I should say.
Okay.
Which was later found the next day on the 3rd of October.
But yes, there was a phone call made.
And then I don't believe there were any phone calls or anything like that until quite later on in that day.
And probably like around noon-ish because what we got from the timeline is that the husband met up with his new girlfriend at a restaurant and a
nearby city that's close, somewhat close to Riverside, probably within a 15-minute drive.

a call log that shows that he was actually on the phone with somebody.
So I sent a subpoena.
the credit card company to say i need any and all recordings right associated with this phone number well there was none nothing was was was captured um so they don't record the calls correct they might record the calls but they didn't record that specific call so i struck out with that so that could have been his his girlfriend or somebody hey by the way you can you call my credit card company and
Technically, it was coming from his phone.
