So I can't say it was him that called or anybody else, but somebody used his phone to call the credit card company.

And apparently it was over a, like an Uber Eats or a DoorDash dispute or something like that, like a fraudulent charge is the information that we received is why the phone call was made.

To use his phone, is it facial recognition or is it a code?

I believe it was a code at the time.

Okay.

I'm not 100% sure of that, but I believe it was a code.

So, you know, again, we can't prove who made that phone call or whatever.

I'm just trying to figure out, like, if you can, you know, exclude.

Right.

And the bad thing about...

The movements and tracking, it's all about cellular towers and where is it hitting from and stuff like that.

But he left the phone.

He's smart enough.

He's not the other knuckleheads.

He's smart enough to leave the phone.

As far as we know, there wasn't any type of movement on his phone until later that day when he goes and has lunch with his new girlfriend and then later on after that goes and picks up his daughter from school and takes her to physical therapy.

So one of the things that I noticed too in the following interviews with the husband was he had a very big noticeable gash on the back of his elbow.

So, of course, during the interview, now he's sitting down talking to me.
