Yeah, like what's the probable cause?
A lot of people don't understand that you have to establish clear-cut probable cause for a judge to, I mean, you're going in and you're kind of flipping somebody's house upside down looking for evidence of a crime.
We didn't have any
We didn't have anything of that at this point.
So I get people's tendency to judge the police and stuff like that.
But if you don't have a background in law enforcement or you're not an attorney, it's hard to understand that a judge is just not going to let you go in and invade people's privacy.

So if that PC is not met, then...
No, no, there, there was a, there was arguing in the text messages and, um,
There was one particular text message that was sent by her to him in late September.
I want to say it was maybe around... So she filed for divorce.
I think they both filed for divorce at similar times, but I think he was served first.
And I believe it was like around September 24th.
And there was a text message sent to her during an argument that said...
you know, wait till our, she names the name, but wait till our youngest daughter, I'm paraphrasing, wait till our youngest daughter finds out what you did or something of that nature.
So that was a text message that was interesting.
And there wasn't any type of like on his end, there wasn't any type of like engaging in that.
It was just more or less her sending this kind of like threatening message as far as, you know, if she finds out,
this unknown thing, then, you know, she's indicating that it's clear that the daughter's going to be upset.
Another interesting thing is there was, like, a group text message.
