What's NHTSA?

NHTSA is like a government agency that deals with highways and accidents and things and data for accidents and things like that.

So that's who she worked for.

So she's in this group text message with a lot of people, and she makes –

comment something to the effect of well he got served his divorce paperwork today so um if i'm not at work tomorrow i'll be in a grave somewhere you know and she puts the ha ha ha at the end of it and you know obviously that's something that we zeroed in as investigators too and the people that she worked with

Overly concerned about that, and rightfully so.

But then also there was the ha-ha-ha-ha at the end.

So it's like, was this a serious comment or was this a joking comment?

You don't want to read too far into it.

So something else that comes into play is...

Her Fitbit, you know, I'm not overly familiar.

I never wore one.

I'm a fat guy, so, you know, I don't really track my steps a whole lot.

But that being said, we were able to get a search warrant on the data from the Fitbit, and it shows that she had a heartbeat with movement at 9.13 a.m.

that morning of the second, the day that she disappears.

I believe it's from like nine Oh three to nine 13.

Um, like there's movement and tracking of the heartbeat.

And then all of a sudden, uh, her heart, her heart rate, like spikes significantly.

And I believe at nine 13, that's when the Fitbit has no more registered, uh, pulse heartbeat, whatever you want to call it.
