I'm not omniscient regarding all the casework he's done.

I don't want to sit here and assassinate his personality or his his career.

But from just the lens of this case, I can totally understand why people would be very frustrated with him being in that position.

And again, he did resign, likely due to the mishandling of several cases.

It wasn't just this one.

So with that, that is the investigation and the discussion around the accident.

Now, there is still a lot more to dive into with the discussion of this first theory.

It is enormous.

There's a lot to discuss there.

So before we dive into that and open up a lot more curiosities, I just want to stop for a second.

Are there any questions or any inclinations that you have at this point, Fredo?

Those are great questions.

Like, if you're looking at this from the lens of the late 80s, especially somebody in the community, you're going, right, there's mishandling, but why?

Why repeatedly?

Is it ignorance or a true belief in this other position over here that is kind of ill-founded?

Yeah.

Or is there something else?

And if it's something else, why?

What could possibly be that thing?

Well, that is a perfect introduction to this theory that we're going to discuss because it attempts to answer why.
