That year, I believe 2015, a retired law enforcement friend of Linda's took the letter to her new lawyer, David Lewis.

So now that's probably not allowed, but somebody who's retired had access to some information that says, hey, I think you kind of need this and you weren't made aware of it.

Here, give this to your new lawyer.

He then asks then prosecutor Ken Cassidy to press charges, but Cassidy refused, saying that the letter was at times incoherent.

Limited reports state that although Wilson admitted to being high on cocaine and methamphetamine while writing the letter, her claims can be corroborated by 12-year-old Tom Niehaus.

So the web we weave, it's getting complicated, but suffice to say, the letter was written under the influence and so it's a little bit wobbly.

but then a 12 year old comes along and accidentally corroborates this story.

So this 12 year old Niehaus claims that his friends were playing in the area and they noticed five people on the train tracks.

He was actually able to identify Dan Harmon out of this group.

So this is keeping Dan centerpiece to this whole thing.

Yeah, he's pretty locked in at this point.

And so poor little 12 year old Niehaus saw Harmon beckon both Henry and Ives

As they arrived to the train tracks, albeit hesitant, they eventually walked over to the group.

This is kind of how he's describing the scene.

He then said he saw Harmon speaking to them for a few minutes and he was getting a bad feeling about the situation.

So Niehaus and his friends kind of left the scene.

They were like, I don't know if we should be seeing this.

Let's just get out of here.
