Coming in to Friday, they were 25th
in offensive rating during January.
They've been turning the ball over a ton.
The shooting percentages have been really low.
The assists have been really low.
They were still low against Minnesota, but pretty good against New Orleans in 10 games in 2026.
The Rockets have scored 105 or fewer six times.
That only happened once for them in 30 games during 2025.
I think the offenses look pretty clunky as of late, but it looked good in both of these wins over the weekend.
I think they still are a team that's going to need to make a trade for somebody a little bit more reliable on the perimeter.
Reed Shepard had a couple of nice games in these two, but...
Emei I don't think totally trusts him and it feels like a really big risk to go into the playoffs if he's your number one perimeter guy so I think they should be looking at a trade I guess the only bad part for the Rockets is Steven Adams went down with what looked like a could be a serious knee injury a weird landing he's obviously a huge dude looked like he was in quite a bit of pain when he landed
Young Jordan, I don't know.
KD maybe hit a Rockets high in three-pointers in his 39-point game.
I think he hit six threes maybe his most of the season so far.
Him shrugging doesn't seem to make sense to me.
Baseline fadeaway is the way to do it unless he can pull off a spectacular move and go for a switch hands layup inside.
But he's what, like he's like 700 points from Jordan.
So I think that'll be towards the end of the season.
He's at like 900 through 38 games.
