Kind of crazy, but yeah, I mean, got traded to the Blue Jays.
I already knew several guys here, so that was a big, big help, knowing Ernie.
Played with Ernie for a few years, and yeah.
You know, I don't know if Jimenez was here.
I think he came after.
But yeah, just kind of getting to the clubhouse and knowing a few faces and then everyone else was just, they approached me, you know, welcomed me.
And ever since that day, it's just been like, you know, you talk to the pitchers, you talk to the coaches, you talk to, you know, the front office.
Everyone's just very approachable and they're willing to talk about whatever you need to talk about.
Yeah, I mean, I'm 1,000% certain on that.
I mean, I've played on teams where, you know, the talent's always there, and, you know, it's not really โ you know, you're not as close, and it just doesn't work out sometimes.
Like, you see it all the time in the big leagues.
There are certain teams that are super talented.
They have all the talent in the world.
They just can't seem to play together, and that's โ you know, it kind of starts off the field, in my opinion.
But I may be wrong, but I feel very certain on that, and โ
I mean, I feel like the closer you are off the field, you just you want to play the game as a team better on the field.
You're willing to sacrifice your own stats to do, you know, several different things for other guys on the team.
So, yeah, I mean, I think it goes a big a long ways on the field as far as winning baseball games.
Yeah, I just figured if I got stronger, then bat speed would go up.
And when bat speed goes up, results usually go up.
