And when results go up, you usually play better and you help the team more.
So it obviously just goes hand in hand.
And I feel like early on, I've seen some of those results.
And my body feels good.
I feel good when I'm out in the field and just trying to stay healthy for the whole season, being available.
Honestly, I like going to Crunch.
I like doing my own routine, my own lifts, but every once in a while I'll hop into another facility.
I actually go with Barger, so we go to the same place down in Sarasota.
I like to kind of do my own thing personally.
You know, if my legs are sore one day and it's a leg day, I want to be able to not do that.
So I kind of like feeling out my body and knowing kind of like, you know, some days I might want to do the same thing back to back, you know, in two different days and I feel good.
And, you know, I mean, just I want to be able to have my own schedule.
It's exactly what I'm not going to do.
I watch him bench press like 380.
It's like, yep, I'm not doing that.
I see him speed squat like 425.
I'm not doing that.
So it's fun to watch.
I mean, you don't really see a ton of guys that lift that crazy in baseball, I feel like.
I feel like baseball is more of like a maintain your โ
