Nelly Korda paid some damn good golf, okay?
There was so much water that came down on this golf course on Tuesday.
They didn't even practice at all.
Everybody was closed from the golf course.
They came out Wednesday.
You know, the LPGA, they have pro-ams for majors and all sorts of silly things.
Our friend Angelia, she didn't even play a practice round.
She wasn't in the pro-am on Wednesday, and she wasn't allowed to come out on the course, and she used that time to just hit balls, shot 77 in the opening round, and then ended up finishing in the top 10 here.
That kind of shows how crazy the weather was this week.
But Nellie did everything that she needed to do.
On Thursday and Friday, the story was all that moisture that came down.
Tons of mud balls.
Everybody wanted to complain about mud balls.
