And so that was a big change, right?
So when it went from zero to 2K, that was almost entirely when I was still working at least to some extent on SoarList.
So it was like, I would literally say I have less than 10 hours per week to work on this.
And so support tickets would just sit there.
And I'm just like, I can't do this.
I have to work on some product.
So I'm just not going to answer these for maybe 10 days.
And then I'll send a really, really
apologetic note saying hey i'm so sorry like it's fixed now you know here you go um and so so that was a big switch was that okay once i gave it my full-time energy you know within within six months it was a full-time salary for me so that was kind of my goals like okay if this makes sort of in the 70 80 000 a year kind of range um i know this is something that i can
somewhat indefinitely, right?
For the foreseeable future, this can support me.
And so that was the goal.
And, you know, we got there in like... Well, I got there in like six months, essentially, with just...
full-time energy of actually improving the product, actually thinking about marketing, you know, no real secret sauce there.
Um, and, uh, yeah.
And then from there, I like, I, you know, a lot of the things that I did are some of the things that I look for now.
So, you know, really relentlessly focusing on really, really high, um, conversions in the funnel.
So I think, you know, a lot of the metrics that we see are often, um,
from kind of venture-funded startups just because that's where all the media ecosystem is.
I mean, obviously you know this and you're maybe not so much part of that, but so much of it is focused there.
