I don't think I don't know if that'll be last cost because think of all the manpower required in that enforcement.

Whereas if we put the infrastructure down, it is there and available for a much longer period of time.

We also need to think about doing things that will increase more women and children to cycle.

That will having changing the people who are using the space also will require and encourage behavior change.

So by putting in our better segregated infrastructure and building a network of infrastructure, we'll encourage more women and children to cycle and then make a change in terms of how that behaviour happens as well.
