overall market confidence, rents are always a talking point.
I put that to you, Melinda, in Brisbane's rental market.
You were saying to me before we got going off air that you've been incredibly busy.
Despite what is going on, the movement of different property markets around the country, every person that I have spoken to since the start of this year have said to me, I have never been busier.
It's such a hot talking point, Brisbane.
There's a lot more fuel to be dumped onto the fire in 2026.
One gets the impression, especially with the unit market, as we've talked to.
