You know, during the presidential election cycle, Sherrod Brown, when he was running in its, you know, he's now running for the other Senate seat, technically, right?

He lost the Senate seat he held before.

He lost to Bernie Moreno.

This is technically the special election to fill out the rest of J.D.

Vance's term after he became vice president.

The appointed Republican senator is John Houston.

And...

Look, when this race began, you saw that the generic Republican advantage in Ohio was holding and Houston would be up by a couple of points.

And to me, with somebody as well known as Sherrod Brown, if you're trailing somebody who's less known than you.

Yes, Houston has run statewide himself, was the elected secretary of state, been a running mate, all of those things.

Right.

Sherrod Brown's, you know, probably had more than a billion dollars of TV ads run on his behalf of just in just this decade.

Right.

In the multiple basically since 2018.

So he's a far more well-known figure in Ohio than John Husted is.
