No. I mean the experience of being at the World Bank was a deeply formative experience because โ So the World Bank, the way that it works is the UN is the voting body that says, hey, we want to cut illiteracy in half in Rwanda. So what are we going to do? Well, we don't have any expertise here. So let's say, what's the problem? Why aren't people in Rwanda getting better educated?

And the whole time they're doing this, every amount of money they're giving, they've got to pay out all these other people that are connected to every aspect of it, just like all government spending. Plus, they're locking these countries in to debt that they're never going to be able to pay off.
