And so hold on, when he said, I can see this, is this off stage later?

Quite obviously, this was not described as an assault.

There was no mention of a touch to her private parts at all.

In fact, to listen to this, it is as though he drew a line in the air with his finger.

She herself then says, he drew as if to say, I can see.

Notice the journalists didn't say, oh my God, he touched you on the private parts, you were assaulted.

Instead they asked, so did this happen off stage later?

did the drawing and the smack happen off stage?

But by her second interview, when cameras were rolling, she now claimed Craig made comments about her see-through costume before the scene.

and her description of smacking his hand away and drawing becomes traced and swatted, and it is now an assault that had occurred on stage.

On stage, during a performance, and that he had touched her.

Not as if to say, but that he actually assaulted her over her costume.

And what of the witnesses the police relied upon, C1's two best friends?

At best, they claimed that she told them about the alleged assault at some stage, not contemporaneously, nor did she tell her husband, who was tellingly not a witness to this allegation.

The magistrate conceded that C1's account of this allegation to her besties provided at best only... Some evidence of the truth of assertions...

Let's go now to the magistrate's final rulings.

I am not persuaded that the Crown has excluded that possibility.
