C3 also named another member of the Rocky Horror Show company as being present at the time of the assault, but in this cast member's police statement, he had no recollection of any such incident and he was not called by the prosecution to appear in court.

C3 clearly stated that... And she thought that if it was this cast member who was sitting next to her...

Yet no one sitting near her saw anything that happened.

Seeing that the police relied on two eyewitnesses to this alleged assault, let's see what happened when these prosecution witnesses gave their evidence in open court.

During cross-examination, C3 made a major retreat in her description of what Craig did in straddling her.

She described it as sitting on her lap, which the court has heard was commonplace backstage conduct amongst the Rocky Horror Show cast members.

C3 would have it that such an event between her and Craig was unusual, but by no means unaccustomed.

When C3 was asked to describe the three kisses to the neck in what appeared to be a salacious and sexual act, she described them.
