So let's go to the first eyewitness of this alleged assault, a female crew member, and compare her evidence with that of C3.

A reminder that the police were relying on this crew member having witnessed Craig straddling C3 with his face right in her face and that she assumed he was trying to kiss her.

Now her story became that Craig was sort of straddling her.

And it turned out that she didn't see a straddle because the back of the couch was facing her, obscuring the bottom half of their bodies.

But that's not what C3 said.

She gave evidence that... The couch was 12 metres from the kitchen against the back wall.

I was facing the kitchen.

The female crew member then said that... She told Craig to get off.

Again, this is nothing like what C3 claimed as she stated that... Craig said nothing, just got off and sauntered away.

Note well, C3 did not ever mention that this female crew member was present in the room.

She had no recollection of any such conversation with her after the alleged assault.

Yet this crew member claims C3 spoke to her about it that very day.

So let's go to the evidence of the second witness the police relied upon to lay charges.

So let's now go to the magistrate's ruling.

When cross-examined, chorus member one agreed, but the accused was like a big kid and was overtly sexual, as our meaning in the theatre.

He agreed that the cast chose to lounge all over each other and used to hug and kiss each other goodbye.
