There was never a complaint made by C2 to management, producers, agents or any other cast member in 2014, 15, 16, not until November 2017 when she learned she had not been successful in being cast in the 2018 Rocky Horror Show production.
Three, C2 claimed that she told her husband about the alleged assault in 2017, three years after the 2014 Rocky Horror Show had finished.
In court, evidence of an amicable and friendly relationship between C2 and Craig was shown when just months after the 2014 Rocky Horror Show tour had completed, C2 married her fiancƩ to whom she had been engaged to whilst working on the production.
The following messages were shared between herself and Craig.
C2 was an ensemble member of the 2014 production.
When she was approached by the Rocky Horror Show producers to return to the show in 2015, knowing Craig had already been recast, she made it known via her agent that if she were to return, it would have to be in a principal role, not as an ensemble member.
She felt it was time to step up into the realms of principal casting.
When the producers responded to her agent, saying that she would only be considered for a chorus role, her agent's response was as follows.
Now, let's go to the claims that Craig had written a musical with C2 in mind.
I will take you to the cross-examination of C2's husband.
Craig did write a musical, but not in 2014.
He wrote a musical in 2015.
A tour, C2, was not on.
C2 also claimed Craig invited her back to his apartment to record the musical he hadn't yet written.
As mentioned previously, I was on tour with Craig for the 2014 Rocky Horror Show.
We were sharing a city apartment in Melbourne.
An apartment that Craig's Rocky Horror Show colleague, who played a principal role, also shared with us on the weekends.
There was no recording studio in the apartment.
There was no musical.
