they could potentially, the reason they are not able to do that, and the reason we are able to get in front of the customer before anyone else, is imagine you sign a contract today.
Within 24 hours, our system will automatically invite the customer there.
And the email that goes out is also branded for the real estate agent.
So it feels like, hey, it's my real estate agent who's actually inviting me to this online platform that is branded for them.
And so we get in touch with them right at that point
When you move and you buy a house, you're not going to think of internet at that point of time.
The first thing you're going to think about is, I need to set up my insurance, home insurance, for example.
I need to think about moving companies.
Then probably closer to the closing date, you'll start thinking about utilities and internet and cable.
we are able to get in front of them right at that initial point where they've just signed the contract.
They've not closed.
They've just signed the contract, which means they still have to go through the entire mortgage insurance process.
So we launched it in 2014.
But at that time, we were not doing this.
That was a completely different model.
We started off as a quote comparison tool for moving quotes.
We got into the real estate moving concierge space late 2016.
