The only difference is that we don't, it's not a referral, but it's actually success-based.
So once someone activates a service, that's when we get paid.

They'll say, hey, now that you've bought the house, I'm going to transfer you over to our moving coordinator who's going to take through the entire process.
So right from finding the right moving companies,
setting up their utilities, so the gas, electric, water, trash, giving information on that.
That is correct.
About, I would say, slightly over 12, 13,000 right now.
Yes, and we're growing very quickly.
So we, I think in 2016, we had about end of 2016, we had about 30 real estate agents on our platform.
Today, we are up to about 22,000.
And we are as and when we roll them out, those numbers just keep increasing pretty rapidly.
Correct.
And that's what we've actually streamlined that entire process where we know that if, you know, any brokerage, if they sign up, we get access to every single transaction in that brokerage.
So it's not as if an agent invites, then we get access to the customer.
