He's been buying it every three weeks like clockwork.
And there's an 80 percent probability that he's going to buy it next week.
Right.
And then all of a sudden he doesn't buy.
And then we're like, Oh my God, what happened?
And then, so we kind of go through and kind of fine tune our models and Hey, you know what?
We realized that he goes on vacation every year in August and it's August.
And, you know, therefore we should kind of figure out that there's gaps that are very explainable.
We actually, uh, do it from the other point of view.
We feel that, um, in the, in, in the world of digital marketing, we could get to know the person and, um, the brand itself is going to have a, uh, it's going to be very important to have that touch, touch point with, uh, the end customer.
And so, um,
They already have bits and pieces of the data.
What we do is we kind of help them unify it and kind of get the hard parts, right?
I mean, I came from SAP where all of the transactions, all the gooby-gook stuff that has kind of been behind the firewall responsibility of the CIO, we've been able to kind of get that data out and mash it up together with all of this online stuff.
That's the really cool thing.
So we're less than half a dozen.
We just really started our go-to-market in earnest last year, and we're really at full capacity right now.
