And though the business was going through so much, you know, financially, no one was criticizing the creative.

People desired what I was doing.
It was just the business that wasn't in a good position.

I'm very lucky and blessed that I have now, finally, great CEOs and great CFOs.
By the way, I've had a lot of great people along the way.
It's just not always been the right person at the right time.
That is important that I say that.
I want people to be honest around me all the time.
And people have not always been honest.
Can you take the honesty?
That is the only way that I can be.
I don't want people around me that are sycophantic at all.
I need people to be really, really honest.
And I think in the past, people haven't been honest because I am a known person.
And people thought that I always wanted the best, the best of everything.
Well, we all want the best, but that's not always the right thing to do.
