So at 16, you moved to Germany.

You don't return home in a full time capacity ever.

How did you find your feet in Australia?

You've manifested marrying a chef, moving to Australia.

I don't know if you know this about yourself, but you got this down pat, my friend.

Yes.

You're like, are my kids going to do this?

Because absolutely not.

I was about to say 18 years because you said that you were 38, right?

Yeah.

Yeah, that's crazy.

And so then you never headed back to the UK for study.

You threw in the university degree over there for a boy.

Is that what happened?

I did not.

Australia, surfing.

We're not saying it's the best, but it worked out for you.

But I also think that, you know, I'm listening to this story.

And even when you're 18, 19 and you've just met this guy, you've got your head screwed on in a way that I don't think many other 18, 19 year olds did have, especially because of your upbringing.

You could have been incredibly sheltered in those moments and just been like, yeah, okay, no worries, whatever you say, but somehow you just knew better.
