Are those energy companies being made whole now by the proceeds from these sales?

Because you can tell me more accurately, but my impression was that up to 90% of all of the illicit oil exports from Venezuela were going to China.

And in fact, in Iran specifically, they send about 90% of their oil to China.

So China has been very dependent on this illicit oil market to power its economy.

What kind of impact has all of this had on the Chinese Communist Party?
