Well, I haven't – I'm not a fantasy reader and I was like this – obviously everyone has heard about this book and I was like I want to read more fantasy and I was asked to and I was like why not?

This is the perfect way to jump into something that's, you know, is a bit maybe more than just straight hard – like not hard fantasy.

What do you guys call it?

High fantasy.

So I was just like – and I was kind of intrigued by the whole nature of how the story came about and everything as well and just wanted to see what the hype was.

So that's why I signed up for it.

Yeah.

I kind of had a similar experience to Lily in the sense that I was kind of like I knew going into it how that it kind of explored these very disturbing and dark themes.
