And then when me and him left to start StackAdapt, well, we didn't have StackAdapt at that point.

We just knew that we wanted to build something.

There's just a lot of opportunities in media.

And then we brought on our third co-founder, Yang, who is a CTO.

So when we brought our third co-founder, we recognized the importance of being equal founders.

We just split it three ways.

And yes, we do have employee options pool as well, which definitely played a larger role in the beginning, in earlier years.
