It says nothing on the front that would suggest it's not for me.

So I opened it.

I know they're very nice and I was like hiya do you know someone by this name this package has been delivered it's from Chanel and I don't want to just like leave it I don't really know what to do with it and she was like oh we had that a couple of years ago supposedly she used to live in the house before we bought it and we tried to contact her and we could never get in touch with her so I was like ah okay and she's like I'll try again and I'll text the number that I've been given for her and let you know and so I was like right okay I'll ring Heathrow Chanel

And so I rang it twice yesterday and couldn't get through.

The second time I rang this morning, I got through because I was like, it's essentially stealing if I don't get it back to her.

I know it's not my fault.

You've broken the law by opening someone else's post.

It was an accident.

And so I rang them.

And I'm like, can you not just collect it?

Like, you're causing me hassle now.

I've had to ring you four times.

That's too much hassle.
