I know that some people have weird things about supplements, whether or not they think it works.
And the girls in my group were asking about collagen the other day.
And I was like, it just depends.
You have to take it, I think, for a long time.
And I personally think they work.
And I think that you can really tell that.
by magnesium in particular because it keeps you asleep.
Like you have a really good sleep when you take magnesium.
I do take magnesium.
So I stopped taking, what's that stuff called?
The melatonin at night.
The odd night I might take half a sleeper.
Well, I'll tell you what, supposedly melatonin is linked to dementia.
I know, that's why I stopped taking it.
But I very infrequently now, like one day this week I took it because, or was it last week?
