And it's a lot of things all working together that make you feel better.
Like you can't just go on the piss all weekend and then think, oh, I'm just going to work out now this week and then I'll be fine and then go on the piss again.
Because it just doesn't work like that.
You have to be consistent with...
With your health.
Not drinking is an absolute game changer.
Just, like, I don't miss hangovers.
I don't miss the tiredness that comes with it.
And then also, the other thing that comes with it is... But I miss being drunk.
I don't mind being drunk.
I like being, well, a certain type of drunk.
I don't like being fucking blackout drunk.
I don't miss being hungover the next day, feeling lethargic and then just you have an appetite for sweet and salty food.
And I just kind of stop myself.

But more importantly, I have run out of Irish chocolate.
