Europe loves to discuss the future but avoids taking action today.

Action that defines what kind of future we will have.

Europe must do more so its sanctions block enemies as effectively as American sanctions.

Why is that important?

Because if Europe is not seen as a global force, if its actions don't scare bad actors, then Europe will always be reacting.

And I'm ready to meet with President Trump and there are sensitive points to discuss and we think that the presence of European leaders could be helpful.

And as long as Russia has not taken real steps to shut down its war machine.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy agreed that the talks in Geneva had produced an acceptable peace framework to work from during a video address to 36 allied nations Tuesday.
