Meanwhile, JPMorgan Chase says independent members of the board have approved a $43 million compensation for Diamond for 2025.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy tore into Europe for its apparent lack of willingness to stop Russian President Vladimir Putin four years into the war in Ukraine.

And Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar has filed paperwork to run for Minnesota governor.
