You had a great life, seemingly.

So why did you end up moving?

And what was that year of being strategically broke, right?

I love that so much.

I think you mentioned a point where like you reverse decisions very easily.

I think that's a very hard thing to do.

I think most people consider like that there are two-way doors and I think there actually aren't that many because of how hard most people, myself included, have it to actually reverse that decision.

So figuring that out early on… What do you mean by that?

Yeah, definitely.

Like, you know, if you commit to something or… Give me an example.

uh moving moving to places right like so i lived in san francisco for a month a year ago um i know that i want to move out of europe i even know it now deep down inside but because i've got family oh these are the reasons i tell myself right uh because i've got family at home uh my friends are there uh you know it's hard to get a visa things like this to keep me sort of from from moving and now that i've got a place at in the netherlands you know i'm renting like you know it's all of these reasons to not go that are really just excuses yeah um

So I think maybe I'm just speaking for myself, but I think it's harder to reverse those decisions.

Right.

I think Tim Ferriss has said like people would rather live in discomfort than uncertainty.

Exactly.

Which I think is exactly what you just described.
