eat the steak and other baked sweet potato. And then post-show I'll eat like nonfat Greek yogurt with some honey and some blueberries and have a little sweet treat at the end of the night. But what I've found is, honestly for me is I have found eating the right meals and eating like, I'm eating almost like four meals.
And that's not even including like the banana and dates that I eat with sea salt and honey before I go work out and whatnot. But it's like, I've found that eating more meals, but the right stuff has actually helped me maintain and like kept me on track. Like everyone thinks like, oh, if I just eat a smoothie in the morning and I fast and then I, I'm like, no, I need the fuel.

I'm like, if I'm going to be working out and going on stage at night and performing, I'm like, I need the calories. I'm burning them off. Like, I need to hit my protein intake. And people are always afraid of carbs too, but if it's the right carbs, like the right carbs ratio for building muscle and the maintenance and everything.

I've taken your diet, I've added a few more things, but it's worked for me. I've maintained this level of weight where I wake up in the morning sometimes and I weigh 167 pounds in the morning on an empty stomach. And that's when I look the most diced.

Yeah. And that's another thing too, plenty of water. Plenty of water, hydration, electrolytes, all that stuff. Yeah. Especially, like you said, sweating my ass off on stage in the summer, just absolutely drenched. So yeah, plenty of calories being burned, especially summer festivals.

I have, but I mean, man, since doing this diet, like I have fallen in love with sweet potatoes. Yeah, I like sweet potatoes. They're just so good.
