But I have a lot of runs like that.
This morning I was on very heavy legs and I get a lot of runs where my form is not right and the legs are just hanging off really.
But yeah, it's just, I don't know.
It's hard to... Saunas as well.
I get two or three saunas a week going by what the scientists are saying now.
They're saying that that's very, very good for recovery.
And then I'd be in the sauna and I'd be stretching as much as I can in that as well.
Yeah, I don't actually know.
It's a hard one, like, you know, it's a hard one.
I'm blessed and touch wood that it's, I'm staying free as long as I can anyway, you know.
Well, I was thinking to myself last week, so I'm going for a 225 in Cork.
If I break 225 in Cork, I'm going to Valencia in December, and I'm going to go for 220 in a totally different car.
So if I can get 224, 225 in Cork, I think I'll do 220 in December in Valencia.
And then if that happens, then I'm going to try break Gary O'Hanlon's record in Donadie in February next year.
