And so I realized this is when you really know how to win, when you bring in people that are better than you, not better, but stronger in certain aspects than you.
If drama needs someone to figure out what questions he's asking, to ask about hip-hop, like, what am I going to take resumes for when, boom, there's a podcaster that I know that's been doing this forever and that loves drama and that I'm cool with?
So it's, like, things like that, trying to, like, be a dot connector has really worked well for me.
And I think, honestly, when I think about my trajectory in my career, it's all dot connecting.

That really like is crazy because when I think about that level of just production experience, period, and to trust me, I was like, damn.

Like, it makes sense.
