I think that's what I tried to do in my journey was just
what resonates with me in my heart, spirit and soul.
What is it that is going to allow me to develop compassion and acceptance enough so I can feel safe enough to look at what's going on in the past, at the same time, you know, survive in the world, move forward and become even more comfortable with who I am and also get well.
So as I say, the recovery within a child is a very interesting
It's one of my favorite parts, I have to say.
It feels very dear to me.
And it's a real honor to work with women at this particular stage of their journey because it's a very, very gentle, very tender part.
And it's so beautiful, isn't it?
And I think...
When I started this conversation, I talked about this lady called Louis, who is like seven to eight years old.
And she has the vitality and the energy of a five.
She might be 78, but she's got the vitality and energy of a seven year old.
Yet when she was 50 and filled with shame and guilt and anger and rage and all those feelings she didn't know what to do with because they'd been projected onto her.
And over those years, she's been able to let go of these things and process these things.
It's really phenomenal to see in a person
when they have been weighted down by external environments.
And it's not their fault.
They don't know what they don't know.
But I believe that you're here because a part of you does know.
It might be a small part.
