Do you want to spend time, you know, doing a little bit of exercise and contemplating what might be wrong?
We're in a very fast paced society now.
So the conditioning and the culture is of speed and looking for that quick fix.
That that's not for us.
This is why, you know, I do what I do in the way that I do it, because I understand that impatient part.
I understand that frustration.
But the as John Sarno here talks about the divided mind.
And I think it's more we've got the mind and then we've got the brain.
And then we within the brain, we may have.
subconscious trauma or unresolved issues or unresolved things that are in the past that we haven't quite processed for whatever reason.
And it's not your fault that you haven't been able to process them.
those elements might be have been very painful.
So therefore, if something's very painful, what we do is you want to run away from them and detach yourself from them.
And that's OK.
That is survival.
And if you haven't didn't get the nurturing or the comfort or the cuddles or the time or the patience from a parent for whatever reason, as I say, we're never here to bash your parents, but maybe just try and find an explanation for it.
then what happens to those feelings?
What happens to those sensations?
And we know as children, children don't have the words, the language to put to the feeling state.
