we're adults now, we've got support systems now, safe people like the Knights of the Round Table that I talk about.
So it's very important, you know, to be aware of what's being projected onto you and the pressure, et cetera.
I know for me, I needed to take my time.
I realize that now in hindsight, I had to take my time to see this person for how they were, not how I wanted them to be.
But I can recognize there was a younger part of me, like my inner child,
felt a sense of grieving to see them for how they were.
So I can see now logically, because I'm very left brain, logically, okay, that's why I was holding so much tension.
That's why I had this knot.
That's why I interacted the way that I did with this particular person, because I didn't know what was going to happen if I saw them in the way.
I didn't have to do anything and I haven't done anything about it.
It was more me acknowledging them in a certain way.
And this comes in the same way to ourselves.
I've used this analogy a couple of times recently about the Russian doll, you know, the wee wooden Russian dolls that you get, that you open it up and then there's a smaller Russian doll and then you open that up and it's the smaller doll.
And I talk about parts as well.
Within you are these different ages at different stages coming down
And right to when you were a baby.
And as I say, it's worth repeating for the first two years of your life, you didn't have any language, you didn't have the words to the feeling states, even up to the age of seven, you're still kind of walking around.
And as I say, in a semi hypnotic state, just like a sponge, taking in everything and observing.
And of course, our bodies.
I mean, I believe that we're the woman that we are, we are the one in the family that's breaking the ancestral line.
