And even turn to more creative endeavours to express your feelings.
If you feel that you're getting frustrated at what you're writing, then just keep writing.
I promise you'll move through it and you'll get these amazing insights.
But even turn to things like poetry.
Poetry for me was a real way to lean into
hearts and feelings and confusion and despair on my journey.
Even now, I've just written a children's book which addresses emotions and things, and I've used poetry in that way because I find sometimes poetry is a beautiful way to express feelings and meanings.
or even drawing, drawing for full expression.
You know, it could be pencil drawing, colouring pencils, it could be paint, but it's a way of expression, a way of reflecting back to what is going on inside.
So know that the mirror you hold for yourself is wanting you to step into your full potential.
Know that holding the mirror to others bad behaviour may be scary at first, but it will get easier and it will allow you to step free from pain and step into your full potential.
You will recognise through your journaling if you are holding the mirror to someone and they are being aggressive back to you.
Someone who really loves and cares about you would be upset and concerned if they've upset you.
Someone who's aggressive and trying to buffalo you down and rage at you for wanting clarity is someone to question.
But know that holding the mirror will allow you the balance of compassion and kindness that you have sought your whole life.
It will allow you to come out of hiding and slowly step into your own light and fully live the life that you deserve.
Holding the mirror to another is not designed to shame or blame another either, but to encourage either healthy interaction, a dialogue, a strengthening of relationship and to clear the air.
I see so and hear so many couples that have built up resentment over the years, but they don't know how to communicate that.
And this is where coming back to the journaling can really allow a release and a greater insight, responsibility of self and responsibility of the other in what is actually happening.
So it's about you on this journey, this end of boss journey.
