awesome that is so it's so wonderful to hear you've come you have to give in receipts it's both exactly but if you keep giving you end up empty and we know the saying you can't give from an empty cup you know we know the you know the oxygen mass and we know all that but invariably it's our body that becomes the messenger to scream out at us that there are certain aspects i refer to the five p's that need and within that you need to be seen heard and valued

but you have to start valuing yourself.

Yeah.

And as I say with Maddie as well, you know, you're, you're going to be influencing her.

You're going to be changing those patterns of self-care for her.

So she's going to see her mom taking care of herself.

So she's going to, so you're going to save your daughter the pain.

Absolutely.

Well, I'm going to say with my daughter to be, you know, be able to save her the decades of

And when I say decades, it's like so many women have suffered for decades, tens of years, you know, this is ridiculous.

So what would you say to anyone considering taking the foundation program as a former student and had so much success yourself?

And learn how to become an endo boss.

That's what I'm hoping in time is like, we have this mass movement of women who've become endo bosses and are, and my coach had said to me recently, you have a responsibility to get your previous students to say, I've got a responsibility to share this message because it's so, and another student has said to me recently, it wasn't so much life changing when it was life giving.

It gave me my life.

Yeah.

Taking it away.

It's quite powerful, isn't it?

Yeah, exactly.

which is amazing and full credit to you and all your hard work.
