I am really excited today because I've got a former student who has said that she's going to come back on and share where she is. I think it's almost 24 months on. I normally get women back 12 months on if I can, but it's almost two years after the event when Stacey had worked with me. and had her gorgeous daughter Maddie.
And I just thought you guys would find it really interesting just to kind of hear from Stacey, you know, two years on from when you first heard her on the podcast and just get a sense of just how impactful this information and these protocols can be and how they can happen in your life. So Stacey, it is such a joy to have you here. Welcome. Thank you. I'm very excited. Thank you.
Oh, it's so lovely to see you. I feel so kind of So fond of you and your journey and where you've come from and where you were and where you are now. And I wonder for those who maybe haven't listened to your other podcast, if you could just give a bit of background information about where we started, where we met and the early start.
What would it was like for you before you read the book and you started working with me? Maybe give it a bit of background of what you were like physically.
Okay.
Well, I think it was maybe about four years ago when I read your book. And I was actually just about to have my second surgery in a year to, as I like to call it, to kind of get cleaned up. I knew I had a lot going on. I was pretty much bedrest. I couldn't really walk. I couldn't really do anything except move from couch to bed, couch to bed.
