We don't have to sort of rule it out or rule it in.
We're just, okay, so there might be something in this.
What's going to be coming out to you in the next couple of weeks is this book, which is amazing, called The Divided Mind and the Epidemic of Mind-Body Disorders.
As I say, I'm not a huge fan of mind-body.
I prefer brain-body because I think from my brain, what works is, I mean, we only use, well, we don't use, I think it's 1% of our brain supposedly, but there's 90% unconscious or subconscious and there's only say 10% conscious.
So again, what he does do very eloquently is,
is express and explain kind of, you know, I mean, he was born in 1923.
He only died, when did he die?
Passed away a couple of years ago, but his work is phenomenal, had dribbling effect.
And what was terribly sad, as I say, he was vilified by his own peers, mocked, ridiculed, yet his legacy will carry on long after he's gone because the way that he thought and approached it is he recognized and respected
that there was a lot going on subconsciously.
And again, this is why I'm doing my Ultimate Emotional Health Summits and I've developed my programs into Embracing Emotions because for me, these were the biggest challenges to comprehend.
I just, when I started out, I just wanted a pill or a supplement or a surgery or something, just fix me and get me going.
Of course, now I realise that, you know, there was one doctor saying, the problem is our society now.
Do you want to just take a pill or do you want to spend time journaling?
Do you want to spend time meditating?
Do you want to spend time, you know, doing a little bit of exercise and contemplating what might be wrong?
We're in a very fast paced society now.
So the conditioning and the culture is of speed and looking for that quick fix.
