What would you say to those women if they're at that stage and about considering the advanced program?
I'm so glad that you felt that, that you've had that because that's always been my aim because I know when I was on my journey, I was very much alone and it took me a lot longer.
took me two and a half, three years to get to the levels, you know, that you were at and things.
And it was very disheartening.
And my goodness, you know, life's so fast paced.
People don't get endometriosis.
You know, it's a fight in its own, you know, it's fight by itself without not getting the support of people who know where you're at, the pain you're going through, the growing pains of making the adjustments, which, you know, every now and again, you want to throw the raffle at the pram and have a stomp and have a quivering bottom and go, it's not fair and I don't want to do it.
do this having people know where you're that where you're at and to take you through but um so yeah i mean so what would you take away from the foundation program i mean you're you're planning on hopefully you know going to the coach university and becoming a um heel endometriosis natural practitioner in due course as well but what what will you take away from from the the foundation and the advanced programs you think what learnings
Well, I think exactly.
And that's a big shift.
That's a big change.
Because before, when you were in pain, you didn't want to listen to your body.
You wanted to disassociate from your body and switch off from your body and distract yourself with busyness and things because it felt too uncomfortable, too scary.
But now you have knowledge of your body.
You know your body and you know what to do if it does make a sign or a symptom or whatever.
And then you also now know what you have that confidence.
And I think that's what I really hear from you from the advanced is although we talked about all the other toxins and Wi-Fi and environmentals and sick building syndromes and all these other things we talk about.
now you have this relationship with your body because you've also dealt with some, you know, you've touched on some emotional aspects as well, but you really feel comfortable now with your body.
You might not necessarily like it sometimes when it's saying and doing certain things, but you have, I think, more of a compassionate nature and relationship with it.
We're almost like, I refer to it as almost like a child.
