She's a former teacher in London.
And just as we got on the call, one of her twins phoned.
But our story today isn't about the twins or chocolate cereal.
It's about Rosamund and her oldest daughter, Ella.
She was the big sister to those twins.
She had big brown eyes and often wore her hair in braids.
Rosamund told us that she loved to swim and bike and she was super competitive.
