It already has been.
But it's going to really be a benefit in the future as data centers are facing kind of the same blowback that Bitcoin mining was facing back in the day.
Yeah, so this is how I think about it.
And I wouldn't say it keeps me up at night, but I think about it a lot.
And so for me...
We have three campuses and, you know, we're working on more.
We've said we're working on more, but I would love to get to, you know, five, six, seven, eight campuses, you know, here over the call it the next, you know, 12 months.
And the once I'm there.
those campuses all have significant expansion opportunity.
One of those campuses has the opportunity to go to, I would call almost unlimited because of where it's located, but it could go to many, many gigawatts.
But once I have those campuses in place, I will have a pipeline, if I do no new campuses, I'll have a pipeline to go to six, seven, eight gigawatts of data center capacity and
I think it's going to be much, much easier to expand at existing campuses than to get a new project approved in a new location and go through all of that again.
Now, again, I think we're pretty good at doing that.
I think there's some other companies that are pretty good at doing that, and so we'll keep pursuing that.
But if all of that does come to pass and I can at least get to, like I said, that five to eight campuses, I have such a runway in front of the company, has such a runway in front of it,
Just to expand those campuses, which will be much easier.
You're not trying to convince a new community the benefits.
You'll be in a community that has seen the benefits, that know what you get to do, what you bring.
And that's really what rolls around in my head as far as the strategy around that.
Absolutely.
